BERLIN (REUTERS) - Berlin Fashion Week got off to a colourful start last July 4 evening as models sporting outrageous wigs and dazzling costumes transformed one of the city's metro trains into its Underground Catwalk.
Around 600 people showed up for Underground Catwalk, a ticketed show during Berlin Fashion Week that took place entirely on a train running underneath the city.
Riders of the Berlin subway have been taking trips this week that go far beyond the hip German capital's already outlandish standards, as models in latex wear, fetish gear and 'spirit hoods' staged a fashion show on a train.
Girls wearing all-leather sado-masochist bodysuits tottered through the train car, followed by male models wearing nothing but ornamental metallic sculptures around their groin.
Turns and sudden brakes posed an extra challenge for the 34 models, including German star Micaela Schäfer - strutting their stuff in high heels on a moving underground train in Berlin on a Wednesday evening.
I wonder if this can be made possible too here in Manila - MRT?
Watcha think? :)
